Cheile Nerei Mountainbike & Trail Run 2016
Cheile Nerei Mountainbike & trail run race – 3rd edition, took place in 11-12 June 2016.
More than 1500 people participated at the event, with more than 550 contestants in the mountain bike and trail run races.
An important fact is the charitable action of the event. The entire profit resulted from this event will go to support the action They Deserve Help (Ei Merita Ajutor -E.M.A ), that is ongoing by Kiwanis Club Timisoara. E.M.A Project implies helping Louis Turcanu Hospital for modernising its Intensive Care and Emergency units. Louis Turcanu Hospital is the most important children hospital in the west of the country,serving 4 districts, including Caras-Severin.
This year we managed to gather 30.000 RON ( 7.500 USD ) for the charitable cause.
